Vusi Thembekwayo officially launches The Magna Carta of Exponentiality book

Vusi Thembekwayo, a global entrepreneur, investor, business speaker and author, today, 5 December 2017, launched his debut leadership and management book, The Magna Carta of Exponentiality.

Business leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals seeking to shift paradigms in their understanding of business in the modern world, will gather at the well-appointed Langhams Lifestyle Estate to witness the unveiling of the much-anticipated book.

In a world where the only constant is change, accelerated by the advancement of technology and the onset of the fourth industrial revolution, running a thriving business has become ever more challenging. Add to that the complexities of managing a business in a divided country beset by socio-economic inequality.

The Magna Carta of Exponentiality is the result of ten years of in-depth research, culminating into a business bible that offers rare insight.

“Over the past decade, my team and I have spent copious periods of time, effort and resources seeking to answer the ultimate management question of the new age, ‘how do we drive exponential results in linear markets,” highlights Thembekwayo.

Thembekwayo’s timely addition seeks to answer this question by taking a candid look into leaders and organisations that have steered their business to exponential success, by shrewdly navigating an industry in constant flux, with a fresh perspective.

“The old way is dead. Linear is the past. Leaders, managers and entrepreneurs today need to learn how to work differently. They need a new bible, – The Magna Carta of Exponentiality,” confirms Thembekwayo.

Signed copies of the book were sold during the launch, following a Q&A session and a speech by Thembekwayo.

The Magna Carta of Exponentiality is available for purchase at nationwide bookstores and Amazon Kindle.
