Vodacom officially launched a new summer campaign – Shake Every Day, today, 25 October 2017, at the Maslow Hotel in Sandton, South Africa.
The #ShakeEveryDay campaign aims to get its customers into the spirit of the festive season through dancing and winning prizes.
“The Vodacom Shake Every Day summer campaign is premised on the gamification model. Last year customers won a vast array of prizes, including data, by spinning the wheel of fortune. This time around we are encouraging customers to interact with the promotion by shaking their devices to receive daily rewards. Ultimately these fun, innovative campaigns are another way that we seek to deliver greater value to our customers,” says Abey Mokgwatsane, Vodacom Brand Communication and Marketing Managing Executive.
Television viewers will follow the Vodacom character, Bra Shakes, as he journeys throughout South Africa teaching customers how to shake and win.
