Percy Raditladi


Percy Raditladi became well-known for founding Botswana’s private commercial FM radio station in 1998.

Since the success of Yarona FM, Percy was the director of Corporate Affairs at Kgalagadi Breweries for four years, followed by two years as the Managing Director of G4S Botswana and two years with G4S in Nigeria.

Raditladi’s tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of the Botswana National Sports Council solidified his stature as a successful businessman in Botswana.

He is the Non-Executive Director of Homec Investments, a Verimark Franchisee and holding company of Rep Agencies, one of the oldest stationary supply companies in Botswana.

Raditladi studied Industrial Sociology and Organizational Psychology at the University of Cape Town.
