Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) Namibia today, 19 February 2014, launched its mobile payment solution services powered by leading Namibian payment solution enterprise Mobi Pay.
MTC Money enables customers to buy airtime, pay their MTC Invoice as well as pre-payments for contract customers, electricity and to use their phones as a digital wallet to pay for goods and services, withdraw and deposit cash, transfer money and settle bills.
Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) Namibia, a network and telecommunications company, has partnered with Mobicash Payment Solutions (Pty) Ltd, trading as MobiPay to offer mobile payment solutions.
MTC Money is a payment solutions that allows you to use your cellphone to transfer/withdraw/deposit money,buy airtime, electricity, pay bills and make Point of Sale (POS) payments at any MTC Mobile Home, MobiPay, Agents and Merchants countrywide.
The service is available on all types of mobile phones.
MTC Money can also be used to transfer money to any MTC number or subscriber using your mobile phone,as well as non MTC Users, e.g subscribers from other network operators.
Functions of funds transfer that can be done on the MTC Money are deposits, withdrawals and transfers from or to another account.
MTC Money is powered by Mobi Pay.
Customers can register at any MobileHome, Nampost, Pick‘n Pay stores countrywide, Woermann Brock central and coast.

To pay for your shopping at selected merchants and agents simply look out for the signage of “MTC Money available here.”
