Kgomotso Moroka, is the Founder of New Seasons Investment Holdings Limited.

In 1982, Advocate Moroka began her legal career with a firm of attorneys in ThabaNchu, where she also served as a Prosecutor and later as a Magistrate.

Moroka has experience as a mediator, arbitrator, served as a Commissioner at the CCMA and has acted as a Judge in the Witwatersrand Local Division.

In her professional career, Moroka has been actively involved in issues such as HIV/AIDS, gender equality, land rights, public sector corruption, and constitutional development.

Moroka serves as Chairperson of Royal Bafokeng Platinum Limited.

Moroka was Chair of MNet’s Phutuma Trust, Gobodo’s Forensic and Investigative Accounting Division.

Moroka serves as the Director at African Renaissance Holdings Limited.

Moroka has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Standard Bank Group Limited since July 2003 and Netcare Limited since June 2006.

Moroka serves as an Independent Non Executive Director at Metmar Limited. She has been an Independent Director of Royal Bafokeng Platinum Limited since June 2010.

Moroka serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Standard Bank of South Africa Limited since 2003.

Moroka serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of New Seasons Investment Holdings Limited, Electronic Media Network (M-Net), Landbank and South African Breweries.

Moroka served as Director of Wesizwe Platinum Ltd. since December 17, 2009. Advocate Moroka served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Edcon Holdings (Proprietary) Limited since April 2005.

Moroka served as a Director of Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa. She is a member of the Judicial Services Commission, is a past Deputy President of the Black Lawyers Association and a Trustee of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund.

Moroka is a businesswoman and veteran advocate practicing on the Johannesburg Bar since 1989.

Moroka matriculated in 1972 and completed a BProc from University of the North and LLB from Witwatersrand University in 1980.
