Kabelo Makwane, Accenture Technology South Africa MD

Kabelo Makwane serves as the Accenture Technology South Africa Managing Director (MD).

Makwane served as the managing director of Microsoft, Nigeria from 2013 to 2016 which he successfully developed into a stand-alone subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation.

He gained extensive experience in information technology and sales during his career at Storgate Africa since 2001, Datacentrix from 2001 to 2003, Unisys since 2004, Cisco Systems from 2004 to 2009 and Microsoft, South Africa from 2009 to 2013.

He has been Independent Non-Executive Director of Capitec Bank Holdings Ltd and its subsidiary Capitec Bank Limited since April 2017.

Makwane holds a BComm Degree.
