Ratshefola is a former IBM and CCH executive director.
Ratshefola founded Cornastone with his partner, Lufuno Nevhutalu.
He transformed Cornastone from an infrastructure company to a fully-fledged services and systems integration organization with over 220 employees spread across its operations in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban, Bloemfontein, Polokwane and Nelspruit.
Ratshefola has been honoured by BMI-T, Forge Ahead an Black IT Forum as one of the Top 20 Black IT Professionals in South Africa.
In addition, Ratshefola was named one of South Africa’s Top Five finalists in the 2006 IT Personality of the year.
Ratshefola was presented the 2007 IT Personality of the Year Award.
