Dr John Olatunde Ayeni is a Founder of Olutoyi Estate Development & Services Limited.

Dr Ayeni served as the Legal Adviser of Rodco (Nig) Ltd for about 4 years.

He set up a private Law firm, Legal Resources Alliance in 1994. He served as the Chairman of the Board at Skye Bank plc since December 2011 until July 2016.

He served as the Chairman at ASO Savings & Loans PLC since March 27, 2012 until October 21, 2016 and also served as its Vice Chairman. He serves as Vice Chairman and Director of Integrated Energy Distribution and Marketing Limited.

He serves as Director of Secure Electronic Technology Plc.

Dr Ayeni is a pioneering member and a Director in several corporate bodies such as Olutoye Estate Development & Services Ltd, National Sports Lottery Plc, Prime Union Investment Ltd, Prime Union Travels and Tours.

He is a member of various professional Associations including – Nigerian Bar Association; International Bar Association and African Bar Association.

He served as a Director of Skye Bank plc since January 2008 until July 2016.

Dr Ayeni is a graduate of Law from the Ahmadu Bello University in 1990 and attended Nigerian Law School in the same year.

He was awarded a Bachelor of Law in 1991 from the Nigerian Law School.
