Ziyanda Masiza is the Founders Forum Capacity Management Director.

She brings with over 10 years of Human Resource Management, Business Consulting, Facilitation, Relationship management and Coaching expertise.

She has in the past worked for companies such as Vodacom, Old Mutual, Metropolitan, Woolworths Financial Services.

Masiza has an Honours Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, started her Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology in 2016, Certified Business Coach, Team Effectiveness Facilitator.

She is a non-Executive board member for a College in the Agricultural sector.

Masiza is the owner of a Business Transformation Consulting firm called Sakhingomso Consulting.

At Sakhingomso Consulting, she specialises in Change Management, Leadership Interventions, Organisational Culture, Business Coach & Customer Satisfaction initiatives.
