Zefa Nsibande, Basis Points Capital Analyst

Zefa Nsibande is an Analyst at Basis Points Capital (BPC).

She has since been involved in various capital raising transactions in debt capital markets, in both the domestic and international markets.

Following her internship at BPS Capital, she continues to solidify her exposure in financial advisory transactions, in large scale projects particularly in the public sector space.

She has also been involved in projects where she has assisted organisations or businesses with business planning and fund raising transactions for the implementation of the organisations strategy.

She is also involved in corporate finance transactions which largely include valuations, financial due diligence and financial modelling across various clientele.

Nsibande joined BPS Capital in February 2012 as an Intern under the Internship programme.

The programme provided her with exposure to debt capital markets through the various capital raising transactions.

She has worked on various small and large scale projects where she was largely responsible for executing administrative task.

Nsibande graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a Post – Graduate Diploma in Finance, Banking and Investment Management and also holds an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Managerial Accounting, Financial Management and Economics.
