Peter Vundla, AMB Private Equity Partners Limited

Peter Vundla is one of the Founders of HerdBuoys, South Africa’s first wholly black owned advertising agency.

HerdBuoys merged with global ad agency McCann-Erickson to form HerdBuoys McCann-Erickson.

Vundla parted ways with the agency in 2005 having pioneered transformation in South African advertising.

Vundla serves as Chairman of AMB Private Equity Partners Limited.

Vundla serves as Executive Deputy Chairman of AMB Holdings Limited.

Vundla also serves as Director of Herdbuoys McCann-Erickson, International Financial Group, New Season Investment Holdings, Wesbank and Mail & Guardian.

Vundla served as a Director of Santam from May 2002 to January 2012.

Vundla served as Non-Executive Director of Sanlam until March 2002.
