Dr Lelau Mohuba, Miranda Mineral Holdings Chairman

Adriaan Moolman Botha CA (SA) has been appointed as the Miranda Mineral Holdings new Financial Director, with effective from 1 March 2018.

Botha served as the Financial Director of the Company from 15 May 2009 to 7 April 2011
and the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 12 April 2013 until 08 January
2015.

Botha’s professional experience includes both auditing and preparation of financial statements for a range of JSE-listed entities and his specialist skills extend to consulting on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Botha is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a registered Auditor.

“Mr Botha re-joins the Company at a new and exciting stage of its regeneration. His knowledge of the Company and specialist skills set will serve shareholders well into the future. We welcome him onto our management team,” comments Dr Lelau Mohuba, Miranda Mineral Holdings Chairman.
