Loyiso Kula, Argon Asset Management Stakeholder Engagement and Reputation Management

Loyiso Kula is responsible for Argon Asset Management Stakeholder Engagement and Reputation Management.

She is a commercially-minded creative and business professional with a passion for leadership, strategy and finding creative workable solutions to complex problems and issues.

She is passionate about people management, communications and marketing strategy.

During her 11 year working experience has spanned across the financial services and media space, focusing specifically on communications strategy.

Kula completed an undergraduate degree from the University of the Witwatersrand where she majored in Economics and Business Finance and has completed her MBA from University of Stellenbosch Business School where she focused on Business Strategy.

She has also completed courses through Duke Corporate Executive, where she focused on Strategic Planning, Operations Management and Innovation.

Kula is also an experienced speaker and currently holds the position of Co-Vice Chair of the Cape Town branch of the Business Women’s Association of South Africa.
