Kabirou Mbodje, Wari Group Founder and CEO

Kabirou Mbodje is a Senegalese Entrepreneur who has has been running the Wari Group since 2008.

Mbodje graduated in Engineering in France before obtaining a Finance Masters degree in the US.

I have always been strongly interested in dynamic environments and cities full of history.

He has traveled extensively across the globe, allowing him the opportunity to share a lot with people.

As a result, Mbodje is able to work in a multicultural environment.

Mbodje’s failures as an entrepreneur have been key learning experiences throughout his career.

His background and understanding of the African market and its issues, have inspired me to get involved in high social impact projects.

The team has always carried by the desire to make people’s lives easier, regardless of their social environment.

Mbodje hopes that Wari‘s exciting adventure will spread the entrepreneurial spirit, encourage tenacity and perseverance, so that everyone, will contribute to the development of their community, their country, their continent and thus becoming active citizens of the world.
