Clarisse Iribagiza is the CEO of HeHe Limited, a leading mobile technologies Company founded in 2010, Rwanda.

HeHe, meaning ‘where’ in Kinyarwanda, was founded by four Rwandese students from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).

HeHe limited is now at the forefront of the mobile technological revolution, providing powerful new ways for businesses and organizations to reach their audience fast, affordably and conveniently.

Iribagiza studied Computer Engineering and Information Technology at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology.

Iribagiza is a Think Tank member of World Entrepreneurship Forum and the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers, Kigali Chapter and actively engages in promoting tech entrepreneurship through the iHills, Rwanda’s youth ICT association which she helped start up and is the current vice president as well as the Girls in ICT network.

In 2011, Iribagiza together with other young ICT entrepreneurs launched The iHills, Rwanda’s tech start-up network, founded on the simple premise that Rwanda can be the birthplace of the next big thing in technology.

The iHills continues to provide mentoring, access to finance and markets for tech start-ups in Rwanda.

Iribagiza is the inaugural winner of the Inspire Africa Entrepreneurship reality TV show (2012) that brought together 24 young brilliant minds from East Africa to compete in the Apprentice-like TV show that saw her walk away with $50 000 of business growth capital.
