Audi South Africa opens new centre in Claremont

Audi South Africa has announced the opening of the new Audi Centre Claremont, the second Audi terminal in the Western Cape and the first for the city of Cape Town.

The opening of the new facility was celebrated with a function attended by Audi Centre Claremont customers and stakeholders on 25 June 2014.

Audi Centre Claremont, based in Landsdowne Road in Claremont, began trading on the 1 April 2014 after beginning construction in July 2013.

The new facility measures 1 220 square metres which includes a 14 vehicle showroom, 21 vehicle Pre-owned showroom, 15 workbays and 183 parking bays.

As with all Audi Terminal buildings and keeping to the efficiency inherent to the Audi brand, the new Terminal building is benchmark in terms of eco-sustainability. The building includes solar e-thermal glazing and ceiling insulations to prevent heat gain loss as well as mechanical heating and cooling.

I am confident that the Audi business will continue to grow in this area and I have no doubt that it will assist us to continue on the promise of delivering superior customer delight in South Africa,” said Ryan Searle, Head of Audi South Africa.
